We deliver every day in multiple batches:

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7 PM will be delivered the next day.
All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you live more than 10 km away, your order might arrive in a later batch. You can also request a preferred time at checkout — we'll do our best to accommodate!

We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to:
- High order volumes (especially Thu–Sat or before holidays)
- Weather or traffic conditions
- Road construction

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm in the delivery area, but I don't see the option at checkout.
A: Sometimes items come from different store locations. If that happens, the system defaults to "Canada Post Shipping." Don't worry — if your address is in Ottawa, we'll automatically switch it to local delivery.
Q: I live nearby. Why does it still take a few hours?
A: Our drivers deliver in batches throughout the day. Your order might be scheduled for the next run.
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: All deliveries must be prepaid for security and reliability. Returning customers may contact us in advance to arrange cash payment if needed.
Q: My delivery is late. What should I do?
A: We're sorry! Busy days or bad weather can cause short delays. Rest assured — since launching our delivery service in 2020, not a single delivery has ever been left incomplete.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. We cannot complete the drop-off without verifying your ID.
🚫 Missed Deliveries
If we're unable to reach you, your order will be available for in-store pickup the next day. We'll always do our best to contact you and complete your delivery the same day.
